Tentang Berat

Tentang berat.. bukan tentang bulan. Heheheh..

To some women, weight issue is a very sensitive issue. Most of us dreaming for models' figure.. or at least flat tummy!

The dreaded bulging tummy is very common with women of all ages. Partly it depends on genetics and partly it develops with age, due to an improper diet, the lack of physical activity and in most of the cases, after childbirth. 


Before married, I was only 45kg! Duhhh!!

My last weight before giving birth to my first child was only 58kg! And after few months, I get back 47-48kg. 

Somehow, after giving birth to the second child, my weight keeps on increasing! One of the 'fat contributor' is actually I seldom skip my lunch. Ada saja kawan bawa p makan tengahari!!  

My baju all changed from S to M and to L! Gheezzz... I no longer wear baby-T coz I hate to see those fats! Wakakakaka...

When I started my cancer treatments in Dec last year, I was 53kg!! The highest kgs I gained in my entire life (exclude pregnancy period ok!) ! O.O

However the kgs keep on reducing from month to month during the treatments process coz I don't have the appetite to eat! All foods were tasteless!!

Eventually, I was 47++kg on my last day of treatment, which was two months ago. I lost 6kgs in 7mths!! Phewww...

And my baju changed back from L to M to S!

The worse part is I bought few blouses during sales months ago for my office wear... and they are all loose now!! But I still wear them la... Hmmm...

Currently, after 2mths from the last day of treatment, I am 46++kg!! Reduced again!! 

The newly bought pant pun loose!! Aiyayaya...

I am happy to be able to gain back my bujang figure, yet I pray hard for my health. Kasi maintain tp mesti sihat!!! ^_^

    i know i can't get back my after sekolah weight which is same like you. nak balik ke berat masa kawin pun tatau bila tahun :P

  5. Ok la tu sis paling berat pun 53kg. Sya skg 54kg oo..dulu bujang xpernah lebih 45kg. Tp berat2 bgini pun still muat saiz S & M..hehe. Tp still mau diet jg oo..

  8. lps beranak, itu perut yg plg susah mau kasi kempis oh...sikit2 sy pny alasan 'aiyaa...sy czer bah..ambil masa mau flat'..

    ada kwn sy lps beranak 1st child, slim tp lps 2nd child..susah btl mau kurus dia blg..ndak tau la amcm sy ni kali..tp xmau stress la pikir..enjoy dulu ni pregnancy journey..ahahaha..nti baru stress..
    btw, i'm wearing maternity jeans size XS..(motif??)

  9. moy, sia pun mo berusaha kasi naik balik berat sia ni.. skrg 43kg ja.. kalau angin kuat terasa juga mcm mo terbang ni..hahaha!

    Nanak ~ Mmg lps anak kedua susah sdh mau turun tu lemak. Ba.. ko jgn stress2 sana. Nda bagus utk baby. :) Alala.. XS owh! hehehe..

  13. Hahahaa... malas sia o kalo perempuan. Suda badan fit, masi lagi cakap gumuk.

    Macam nda ada beza o gambar ko dua-dua. Eh, bukan sia bilang masi berisi a. Maksud sia, memang ok lagi dari awal! :D

    Ko mo tau brapa berat badan sia, Just? Nda paya la ko tau. Nanti ko terjatuh dari kerusi yang ko sedang duduk. Nda paya la kerusi, kalo ko sedang berdiri pun, terlutut ni. Hahaa.

  15. Hi, Just. Paling susah la mau kasi kurus badan ni kalo dpt pun mesti susah mau maintain. Sya pun pakai lebih dari L, malaz mo sebut tu X hahahaa coz sometimes semua ngam tp nda siok nmpk tu tummy gumuks hahaa... Bah, minum byk jus buah and healthy food for you ya. Take care. :-)

    Anyway, if itu berat ko skarang is ngam dengan BMI i think ok la tu. Yang paling penting, ko selesa dan sihat selalu

  21. Yang pentingnya kesihatan. A good diet is do not skip any meal.

    Sama, diet is pemakanan sihat, orang salah konsep selalu kan diet tu orang cakap kuruskan badan.

    Yang penting sihat dalaman n luaran.
